Discover our new home help service.

As we wish to offer you a complete service to support you in your daily life, we have decided to extend our activity in the field of home help. Performed by qualified people with a family helper profile, we will provide you with help and advice for all your tasks outside and inside your home.

In order to provide our services and support you and your family, we ask for a contribution of €15 per hour for the tasks listed below:

Help with daily life:

• support for children, the elderly, sick or disabled,
• help with travelling outside,
• shopping, maintenance of living areas and linen,
• meal preparation, …
• health role,
• non-medical tasks related to hygiene, health, comfort and safety of the person.

Educational role:

• advice on healthy living,
• adaptation of the accommodation,
• support of families in their educational role,
• evaluation and stimulation of the beneficiary's potentialities.

Relational help:

• active listening,
• identification of difficulties,
• moral support through presence, dialogue, maintaining autonomy,
• support for the beneficiary at the end of life and his or her family and friends.

Social assistance:

• support for the beneficiary during administrative procedures and in the organisation of the budget (support limited to a local request),
• call and referral to specialised services or organisations.
